ChorusPop is published by Emtanon LLC. These terms add to Apple’s Standard License Agreement, which covers apps from the App Store. By using ChorusPop, you agree to both.
Free and non-commercial
ChorusPop is free. Songs are made with YuE2-3B by M-A-P, licensed CC BY-NC 4.0, which doesn’t allow commercial use. Respect that license when you use what you make.
Your songs
Your lyrics and songs are yours, and they stay on your iPhone. You’re responsible for what you write and how you use the results. Don’t use ChorusPop to infringe anyone’s rights, to impersonate a real artist, or to break the law. Songs are generated automatically, so they may resemble existing music or be imperfect.
No warranty
ChorusPop is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Emtanon LLC isn’t liable for any loss arising from using the app, including lost songs. Share songs you want to keep.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change this page and its effective date.
